Set up last March, at the dawn of the health crisis, 1710 is a call number for Brussels residents (with or without Covid symptoms) without a general practitioner or whose GP is unavailable. It has been activated by the High Official of the Brussels Region, in collaboration with the FPS Public Health, the FAMGB, the SIAMU and the Belgian Red Cross. 1710 is available from Monday to Friday (working days) from 8 am to 7 pm and allows you to find a doctor quickly.

Medical advice

Do you have symptoms (Covid or not) but your doctor is unavailable? A doctor from the 1710 centre will advise you and direct you according to your situation.

Do you need a medical certificate, a prescription renewal,... ?

The doctors at the centre will not offer you any. However, they will give you the contact details of a Brussels doctor who can see you (consultation, teleconsultation, etc.)
